Blogger Template has updated with lot of new Templates which is really cool. To apply blogger templates one needs to go to Blogger Draft and then check the box which is on the top of the right hand corner Make Blogger in Draft my default dashboard.
Once this is done go to Layout > TEMPLATE Designer click on that and u will get various options to Customize Blogger - BLOGSPOT
